These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of secondshiftmarketing.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by The Good Paralegal LLC, doing business as Second Shift Marketing (“Second Shift Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Second Shift Marketing regarding use of the Site, except where separate written agreements apply.
